Freight settlement proportionally amortizes fuel and restores the limit after reconciliation, without accelerating settlement to the accredited station.

Only the FleetPay member linked to a validated referral may receive the benefit on their own eligible fuel purchases. Fueling at the referred station alone does not give other members cashback. The benefit is not commission on third-party purchases, a pump-price discount or an interest reduction.

Will Every Purchase Have 45 Days?
No. The commercial payment term is up to 45 days. The exact due date and payment conditions are defined per purchase, subject to the carrier's credit assessment, eligible receivables presented and contracted terms.
How Will the Limit Be Determined?
The operational limit is calculated based on the carrier's eligible and available receivables, subject to credit assessment and approval. Receivables already advanced or committed in other transactions cannot generate duplicate limits. Freight payment restores the limit after reconciliation.
What Will Fuel Cost?
Contracted pricing is transparent and depends on the selected accredited station and fuel type viewed in the app before fueling. Review terms before authorizing a purchase. There is no nationwide lowest-price promise or fixed pump discount.
Where Will I Be Able to Fuel?
At FleetPay-accredited stations available for your carrier's routes. The partner network is currently undergoing accreditation and expansion; this page collects expressions of interest and does not advertise coverage already available to contract.
How Will QR Authorization Work?
The planned journey in the FleetPay app enables checking the station, fuel and contracted price before authorizing the transaction via secure pump QR code. This flow depends on product release; no purchase or financial transaction occurs on this page.
Who Receives the Invoice?
The fuel tax invoice is issued directly by the selling station in the name of the actual purchaser. When fueling is performed by an independent driver or subcontractor (TAC/ETC), the invoice is issued in their name, ensuring traceability and fiscal compliance.
Who Will Receive Cashback?
Only the FleetPay member who refers an accredited new station may receive 2.5% cashback on their own eligible fuel purchases for six months. Benefit available after the referred station’s first confirmed sale, subject to the program rules. Fueling at the referred station alone does not grant cashback to other members. The benefit and campaign will be activated upon publication of official program terms.
